Our process:
The first step is to contact us and let us know what concerns you have in regards to forklifts and industrial trucks. We then discuss the situation and whether or not you need a rental.
When it comes to fixing an industrial vehicle, you might want us to pick up the machine, but you can drop it off as well. If you want to rent an industrial truck, we will drop it off when picking up your machine for repairs.
Back at the shop, we check out the industrial machine to see what needs to be done. If a quote was requested, it will be sent to you before parts are ordered. Once the repairs are made, the machine is returned and the rental is picked up by us.
